Rental Traffic Guarantee

Rental Guarantee Terms and Conditions. If your bookings (gross rental revenue thereof) from HiltonHeadPlaces.com do not cover at least ten (10) x the cost of your subscription, we will refund your subscription fee in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility. Property Owners who purchase subscriptions for their first property they list on HiltonHeadPlaces.com are eligible to participate. Property managers who do not own the rental property are not eligible.

2. Requirements. The Owner's listing subscription must have been for a twelve (12) month period. Any discount or promotional rate used at the time of subscription will be used to calculate any applicable refund. Guarantee applies to initial subscription term only. Additionally, the Owner must have made the property available for rent at least six (6) months during the twelve (12) month subscription period. The availability calendar on the Owner's listing must be updated at least once per month throughout twelve (12) month subscription period. The property must contain the maximum number of photos of the property provided. This guarantee does not apply to timeshare units OR to properties offered for a single rental time period.

3. Payment Refund. Qualified Owner's requesting a refund will receive their choice of one (1) form of reimbursement as follows: (a) Additional one year subscription on HiltonHeadPlaces.com at no charge; OR (b) a Hilton Head Dining & Entertainment Gift Certificate for the full amount of your HiltonHeadPlaces.com subscription cost; OR (c) Owner may receive a partial refunded credit card amount of 80% of your HiltonHeadPlaces.com subscription cost.

4. Requesting a Refund. An Owner who wishes to take advantage of this guarantee must contact our HiltonHeadPlaces.com customer support within the ten (10) day period following the end of the twelve (12) month term of your listing to place such request. All requests for refund are subject to verification by HiltonHeadPlaces.com at our sole discretion. Verified requests will receive the payment refund within approximately (10) ten days from verification.

5. Changes or Cancellation of Terms. HiltonHeadPlaces.com may change, suspend or discontinue the Rental Guarantee at any time for any reason without notice or liability. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Notification of changes to these Terms will be posted on HiltonHeadPlaces.com and become effective immediately. You are responsible for keeping a copy of such terms as they apply to your subscription so that we may honor our initial commitment to you. If you do not have a copy of such terms, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to apply the terms in currently in effect at the time of your request. This version of the Rental Guarantee became effective on October 22, 2010.
